I specialise in personal training for people with physical and mental health conditions, such as but not limited to; anxiety, depression, diabetes, arthritis, back pain, obesity, high blood pressure, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and osteoporosis.
I can help you to improve your mental and physical health through exercise, fitness, movement, nutrition and lifestyle; vital parts of our health and well-being.
Exercise can be a daunting prospect for anyone, and even more so for those who have health problems.
My goal is to expertly guide you to enjoy exercise and movement and feel positive, energised and healthier.
I provide personally prescribed and varied training sessions, to achieve your health goals.
With my background in medicine, I provide personal training and health coaching in the Tunbridge Wells area.
I have been practicing as a medical doctor for over ten years and am highly experienced in helping people improve all aspects of their health.
I am passionate about the benefits of exercise for EVERYONE, my mission is to help people move more and live better lives.
I am a CIMSPA (REPS) Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with additional qualification in pregnancy and post-natal exercise.
You can be assured that I have the specialist knowledge to design and guide you through your training program safely and effectively.
