My philosophy is to create a truly personalised exercise and movement experience. Therefore, the first step for every client is a Health and Lifestyle Assessment; including analysis of health and lifestyle and a functional movement assessment.
Subsequent sessions are individually prescribed personal training tailored to your specific requirements and goals, with ongoing advice about your health and lifestyle.
Please note, this is not a GP service and any medical concerns will be referred back to your GP.
